PINK TAPE is an app that records vertical videos, automatically stitches them together, and lets you edit them with captions, filters, and effects into a single tape.
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is concluded solely between Suhyen Seo (the developer) and you, the user, and not with Apple. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. This agreement does not include any usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
The developer grants you a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control. This license is valid only within the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Accounts linked to the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also use the app in accordance with those rules.
You may only use videos in the app that you have recorded yourself or otherwise have the right to use. You must not use the app in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
Videos and tapes recorded or edited in the app are stored on your device, and you may save or share them for personal use. Rights such as copyright and likeness rights for people or content appearing in the videos belong to the respective rights holders, and you are responsible for their use.
The app's handling of personal information is described in the separate Privacy Policy. PINK TAPE does not provide account registration, and videos and editing data are generally stored on your device. However, RevenueCat may be used to verify subscription purchases, check subscription status, and restore purchases, and purchase history, subscription status, and other information necessary for subscription management may be processed for those purposes.
PINK TAPE PLUS is offered as an in-app subscription. The subscription auto-renews according to the plan you select (monthly/annual), and payment is charged to your Apple account immediately upon confirming the subscription. Renewal is processed 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can cancel up to 24 hours before expiration via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Features provided through the subscription, subscription period, price, and any free trial or promotional terms are shown on the in-app purchase screen and the App Store payment sheet. Subscription cancellation and refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies and procedures. The developer does not directly collect or store your card number or other payment method information.
Free users may be limited in certain features, such as 4K recording, premium filters, and some caption fonts. The app may change the scope of free features and subscription features depending on operational circumstances.
The service may be changed or temporarily interrupted for reasons such as stable operation of the app, feature improvements, or policy changes.
The developer, not Apple, is responsible for the maintenance and technical support of the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app. For inquiries and support requests, please contact doha.spica@gmail.com.
In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the developer's sole responsibility.
The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app. This includes, among others, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Results from PINK TAPE may vary depending on your shooting environment and device performance, and we do not guarantee the quality or satisfaction of any particular result. We are not responsible for data loss caused by force majeure, device errors, or user negligence.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, if mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or region where you reside apply, your rights under those mandatory laws are not limited by these terms.
