00CAM does not provide account registration or login, and the app itself does not collect directly identifying information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers on its own server. Photos taken or imported and edit data are stored only on the user's device.
However, 00CAM uses the RevenueCat SDK to verify 00CAM PLUS purchases, check subscription status, restore purchases, and prevent fraudulent use. In this process, RevenueCat may process information necessary for subscription management, such as Apple receipts, purchase history, subscription status, an app user identifier (an anonymous identifier generated by RevenueCat or used to verify app subscriptions), and device and operating system information.
00CAM requests camera access to take photos. Photos taken in the app are not uploaded to an app server, and all filters and effects are processed on the user's device.
00CAM requests photo library access to (1) save completed photos to the device photo library and (2) allow 00CAM PLUS users to import existing photos from the device gallery and apply filters. The app processes only photos selected by the user and does not read or transmit other photos in the photo library except for saving and user-selected importing.
To provide the service, the app stores photos taken or imported by the user, edit data such as filters, color, effects, and crop settings, in-app album photos, subscription activation status, language settings, and first-use guide display status on the user's device.
00CAM uses RevenueCat, Inc. to provide subscription features. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information and technical information as necessary to verify subscription payments, grant subscription entitlements, restore purchase history, and provide related technical support. 00CAM does not use advertising networks, personalized advertising, or SDKs for tracking users. Purchase information processed through RevenueCat is not used for advertising tracking or personalized advertising.
When the user taps a share or save button, photos may be passed through the standard iOS share sheet. The privacy policy of the destination app or service selected by the user applies to that service.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed through the Apple App Store payment system. The app does not directly collect or store payment method information such as card numbers. Subscription or purchase activation status is stored on the device to provide in-app features, and purchase and subscription status may be verified through RevenueCat.
Photos and edit data stored on the device are deleted when the app is deleted. Deleting a photo from the in-app album removes it from the device immediately. Purchase and subscription information processed through RevenueCat may be retained for as long as necessary for subscription provision, payment verification, purchase restoration, accounting, and dispute handling according to RevenueCat and Apple policies.
00CAM does not sell or provide users' photos or edit data to third parties and does not track users for advertising purposes. Purchase-related information necessary for subscription management may be processed through RevenueCat, but this is limited to providing subscription features and restoring purchases.
00CAM is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that personal information relating to a child has been collected, please contact the email address below.
