Q. How do I use 00CAM?

Tap the shutter button to take a photo or import one from your gallery, then apply filters and color, brightness, and effect adjustments on the edit screen and save the result.

Q. Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. All shooting and filter processing happens only on your device and is not sent to an external server.

Q. What is 00CAM PLUS?

00CAM PLUS unlocks more features, including saving directly to the device photo library, importing existing gallery photos, all premium filters, and detailed option controls.

Q. Can I save photos for free?

Yes. Photos saved by free users are kept in the in-app album. With 00CAM PLUS, you can also save directly to the device photo library.

Q. What is the difference between yearly subscription and lifetime purchase?

The yearly subscription renews every year, while the lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that does not renew automatically.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → 00CAM → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before expiration to avoid the next billing period. Lifetime purchases do not renew and do not need cancellation.

Q. How do I restore a previous purchase?

Tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom of the subscription screen in the app.

Q. Why are camera and photo permissions needed?

Camera permission is needed for taking photos, and photo permission is needed for saving to the photo library and importing existing photos. Please allow permissions in device Settings.

Q. Where are captured photos saved?

They are saved in the in-app album, and may also be saved to the device photo library when saving. If you delete the app, photos in the in-app album are also deleted.

Q. Can I change the app language?

The app displays Korean or English based on the device language by default, and you can switch manually with the KR/EN button at the top of the camera screen.
