00CAM is a photo filter app inspired by Y2K old digital cameras. Users can take photos in the app or import photos from the device gallery, apply LUT-based filters and effects such as color, brightness, and texture, and save the results to the in-app album or the device photo library.
These Terms of Use, which also serve as an end user license agreement (EULA), are entered into only between Suhyun Seo (the “Developer”) and the user, and not with Apple Inc. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content. These terms do not include app usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges that Apple has the right to enforce these terms against the user as a third-party beneficiary.
These terms are based on Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Matters not specified in these terms are governed by Apple's standard licensed application EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
The Developer grants the user a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices that the user owns or controls. This license is valid only within the usage rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Accounts associated with a purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing may also use the app according to those rules.
Users may use only photos they took themselves or photos they have a lawful right to use. Users must not use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable laws.
Photos taken or edited in the app are stored on the user's device, and users may save or share them for personal use. Copyrights, portrait rights, and other rights relating to people or content appearing in photos belong to the relevant rights holders, and the user is responsible for their use.
The handling of personal information in the app is governed by a separate Privacy Policy. 00CAM does not offer account registration, and photos taken or edited by users are generally stored on the user's device. However, RevenueCat may be used to verify purchases, check subscription status, and restore purchases, and information necessary for subscription management, such as purchase history and subscription status, may be processed for those purposes.
00CAM PLUS is provided as an in-app subscription. 00CAM PLUS may be offered as (1) an auto-renewing yearly subscription and (2) a lifetime purchase that is paid once and used permanently.
Yearly subscriptions renew automatically, and payment is charged to the user's Apple account when the subscription is confirmed. Renewal is processed within 24 hours before the current period ends, and cancellation can be made in device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before expiration. Lifetime purchases are charged only once and do not renew automatically.
Subscription features, subscription periods, prices, free trials, and any promotional terms, if applicable, are displayed on the in-app purchase screen and the App Store payment screen. Subscription cancellation and refunds follow Apple's App Store policies and procedures. The Developer does not directly collect or store payment method information such as card numbers.
Free users may have limited access to some premium filters and PLUS-only features, such as saving photos directly to the device photo library, importing existing photos from the device gallery, and detailed option controls. Photos saved by free users are stored in the in-app album. The app may change the scope of free features and subscription features depending on operating circumstances.
Service content may be changed or temporarily suspended for reasons such as stable operation, feature improvements, or policy changes.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for app maintenance and technical support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. For inquiries and support requests, please contact doha.spica@gmail.com.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, the user may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a warranty failure are the sole responsibility of the Developer.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for any claims by the user or a third party relating to the app or the user's possession or use of the app, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
If a third party claims that the app or the user's use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
The user represents and warrants that: (i) the user is not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) the user is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Users must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
00CAM results, including filter output, may vary depending on the user's shooting environment and device performance, and 00CAM does not guarantee any particular quality or satisfaction. 00CAM is not responsible for data loss caused by natural disasters, device errors, or user negligence.
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, if mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country or region apply, rights under those laws are not limited by these terms. If a dispute arises in connection with use of the app, the Developer and the user will seek to resolve it in good faith.
